RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
30-Day Returns We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. Your receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, contact us at lumaxactive@gmail.com. Once accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and full instructions. Please note — items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at lumaxactive@gmail.com so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalised items, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges To exchange an item, return your original order first. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. The same conditions apply — unworn, unused, original tags and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
