How long does shipping take?

We currently ship within the UK only. All orders are delivered in 3–5 business days and shipping is completely free — no minimum spend, no hidden fees.

Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

How do I return an item?

We offer a 30-day returns window from the date of delivery. To start a return, email us at lumaxactive@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return and we'll take it from there.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How do I find my size?

Every product page includes a size guide tailored to that specific style. We recommend checking it before ordering as fits can vary between pieces.

If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit during training.

How should I care for my Lumax kit?

To keep your kit performing at its best:

  • Machine wash cold (30°C) on a gentle cycle
  • Wash with similar colours — avoid whites
  • Do not tumble dry — air dry flat or hang to dry
  • Do not iron directly on printed or textured areas
  • Avoid fabric softeners — they break down compression fibres over time

Proper care keeps the squat-proof compression doing its job for longer.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link. Click it to follow your order in real time.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us at lumaxactive@gmail.com.
